Brain Surgery, Made Easy

Not as shocking as 'Stabber' but it gets my geeky horror buff brain racing like there's a carving knife in it. Imagine the force it took to go into the skull, wasn't just a weak push, the guy had to jam it into his forehead. To me we are getting the aftermath, where he is satisfied with the depth, now he just wants to wiggle the knife some to scratch that annoying thought itch!
